Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on individual to continue to grow with us. As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our daily operations, helping us build the foundation for a thriving company. You’ll oversee the entire shipping and receiving process, from single boxes to shrunk wrapped LTL pallets. Ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Prepare shipping documents, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss during transportation. Position will oversee inventory, storing and helping to identify reordering patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Package and prepare products for shipment, including purchasing and printing shipping labels.
• Support day-to-day operations as needed, assisting in the growth and development of the company. May include janitorial, maintenance and supporting all functions.
• Assist production with filling, packaging, sealing, labeling boxing product.
• Lifting up to 50# and operating pallet stacker.
• Excellent communication skills using phone, email, text and MS Office programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a similar logistics role preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding processes, including domestic and international shipping regulations.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in using shipping software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving shipping-related issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience with QuickBooks, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is preferred (training available).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.
• Interest in animal health, agriculture, or natural products a plus.
